Return Policy

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unworn, original condition items in original packaging. 

After processing your return request Given will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment.

*Handling Fees - Domestic Returns (US)

Handling fees are applied to all domestic returns (US). Orders that contain only Given covers are subject to a $3.99 handling fee. Orders containing garments are subject to a $7.99 handling fee.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON REFUNDS

After processing, refunds take 7-9 business days to appear on your online bank statement.

Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.

Items denoted as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange
